• A conference discussion system consists of integrated request-to-speak microphones at each seat.
• When a delegate requests to speak via a button on the microphone, the chairperson receives notification and can give the delegate the floor.
• Ceiling-mounted monitors throughout the room display multimedia content.
• Cameras throughout room provide live streaming capability.

This room in the multi-agency complex ("Big MAC") on the capitol mall is used for joint committee meetings attended by members of both the House of Representatives and Senate.

A special feature tracks the different seating positions of members of each committee and presents their names to the chairperson as they request the floor.
