Digital signage has grown to encompass many products and applications. They're used to display restaurant menus, human resources messages, safety information, advertising, and more. Most often you'll find digital signage in public spaces and common areas. Sometimes working like a simple digital billboard, this technology can also include advanced features such as touch interactivity for wayfinding.

As the market for digital signage has grown over the past decades, many companies offer products and services. Familiar names such as Intel and AT&T now offer custom and out-of-the-box hardware and software services. There are also industry-specific solutions for organizations in healthcare, education, and other spheres. Although these services offer some customization, many of our customers find that they still feel like a one-size-fits-all solution. Service providers may intersperse their own content or ads from their partners in addition to the content you generate.

Our digital signage systems offer a number of advanced features that aren't available from the larger providers. With a dedicated Content Management System, you can create professional quality "slides" to share information about your organization, facility, and events. We offer both standalone "signage boxes" and server-based products that allow signage content to be defined based on the level of user access privileges.

Server-based solutions scale up to thousands of connected displays and digital signs (LCD monitors) in specific areas may have different information based on their location. An example of this usage is a hospital or bank where facilities are spread over multiple locations. The main office may have a message that is common to all locations. Each remote facility may have community or personnel information that is specific only to the locale. Messages from the headquarters and locale specific information may be simultaneously displayed on the same Digital Sign. Emergency weather information, employee accomplishments, sales or call center performance, and other human resources information are popular content types.

With centralized management, you can automatically turn displays on and off at preset times each day or on a completely custom schedule. Change to certain channels or input sources on a schedule or regular sequence that you specify. Take manual control of displays at any time to run a custom program or share emergency or other special information.
