Furniture is an important part of any audiovisual solution. Equipment racks (or enclosures) are often necessary to combine system components to be wired and used as a system. Lecterns, carts, and command consoles provide spaces to set up presentation devices and monitoring equipment. Furniture is one of the most customizable parts of our systems.

We have a number of furniture partners. We work with them to craft custom furniture and to identify stock solutions. Often, after we receive furniture from our partners, we integrate components such as microphones, computers, and equipment racks. We also work with our clients to integrate components into furniture when it is existing or when they purchase it directly from their own partners.


Our company has had a partnership with Sound-Craft Systems, located atop Petit Jean Mountain near Morrilton, since the 1950s. They manufacture high-quality lecterns, carts, credenzas, tables, and other custom products. They are experts in matching materials and finishes with your existing furniture and room materials.

System components such as equipment racks, microphones, monitors, document cameras, and PCs can be installed directly into most lecterns to save space and add convenience. Cable harnesses provide wall plate connections to external components such as projectors, speakers, and screens. These can be easily disconnected to move your lectern out of the way when it is not needed.

Racks & Enclosures

Racks and enclosures are the types of furniture we use most frequently; they are required for nearly every system we install. The adage out of sight, out of mind is often applicable, but selection and placement are never afterthoughts. In some applications, a network closet or custom lectern provide the ideal "hiding" place.

When there is no obvious location for equipment racks, we coordinate with you, often your architect, and our partners to create an attractive and appropriate solution. Credenza racks are one of the most common solutions. Carts can also provide an attractive alternative and are easily stored out of the way when not in use. Whatever the challenge, we have the experience and partnerships for the best solutions.

Carts can serve as a supplement to a system or can work as self-contained, mobile systems. Carts make it easy to store away document cameras or other equipment that is not frequently used. Install a projector or flat panel display with playback devices and source inputs on a cart and any room or office can become a presentation meeting space. Like other furniture, carts can be matched to any furniture finish or crafted from unique materials.
